(This prayer is particularly useful for breaking various forms of oppression. By relinquishing what belongs to us into the hands of the Blessed Virgin, Satan cannot touch them. This is a strong prayer of protection on you and yours):

Operation Overlord was the codename for the Battle of Normandy - D-Day, June 6, 1944. The Allied operation that launched the successful invasion of German-occupied Western Europe during World War II.

Today, we are finding our nation occupied by an enormous, very aggressive and well-coordinated Leftist Ruling Class Cabal and their huge army of "useful idiot" minions. While this evil cabal has been plotting, planning and gaining control for decades, in recent months they have launched a full-fledged invasion, which includes a "politicized pandemic" to depress the economy and citizenry in order to gain power, the incitement of nationwide domestic terrorism (again, to depress the economy and citizenry in order to gain power), "cancel culture" threats to the citizenry on every side and, now, the hostile takeover of the Office of the President of the United States through an organized fraudulent election. We are at WAR!!

I write to you on November 27, which marks the Feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. On this day, we commemorate the apparition of Our Blessed Mother to Saint Catherine Laboure (whose feast day is tomorrow, November 28), and celebrate the vision that Our Lady revealed to the young saint in Paris in 1830 - the Miraculous Medal.

As Communism and Fascism infiltrated everywhere, St. Maximilian Kolbe fought for souls using the best of "new media" (to counter propaganda with truth) and another "weapon" - the Miraculous Medal.

According to Catholic News Agency:

"This is truly our heavenly weapon," the saint said, describing the medal as "a bullet with which a faithful soldier hits the enemy, i.e. evil, and thus rescues souls."

 

As World War II raged around him in Poland, St. Maximilian Kolbe fought for souls using a printing press and another "weapon" - the Miraculous Medal. Kolbe formed the Militia Immaculata in 1917 to "lead every individual with Mary to the most Sacred Heart of Jesus." He asked all Militia Immaculata members to wear the Miraculous Medal as a sign of their total consecration to Mary.

So, while St. Maximillian Kolbe was an avid promoter of the very powerful rosary, he directed souls to deploy two other extremely powerful weapons: Marian Consecration and the Miraculous Medal.

Living in Poland, as Marxism was infiltrating everywhere and, later, the rise of Naziism, Kolbe knew this was a spiritual battle, at its core. Prior to D-Day, these evils were moving unabated across Western Europe, on their way to take over the world.

Today, we are experiencing, what some say, an even greater encroachment of this Communism and Fascism. Both of which see religion as their mortal enemy.

This is why I am asking all Grace Force Warriors to deploy the same "St. Maximillian Kolbe Strategy" at this critical "make or break" moment in history.

The day on which all "state recounts and court contests over presidential election results must be completed" is on Dec. 8, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. I believe this is providential, and provides an even greater reason for deploying the "St. Maximillian Kolbe Strategy." If this emboldened Leftist/Communist/Fascist Cabal steals the Presidency, we are, very likely, looking at generations of oppression and persecution.

I am seeing another reason for deploying this strategy at this most critical juncture ...

Pope John Paul II also emerged out of Poland, just as a very influential modernist cabal had taken control of the Church (See McCarrick, Bernadine, Weakland, etc.). For the first 15 years of his pontificate, JPII was alone on the battlefield, against this powerful cabal. Then, one day, a kind of Don John of Austria emerged to rally the remnant forces. This was Mother Angelica and the EWTN network.

I believe Mother Angelica, single-handedly, turned the Barque of Peter around on August 14, 1993, with this Clarion Call to stand against a horrific liberal trajectory of Holy Mother Church. Much like a loving parent watching her toddler wander out into a road with busy traffic, Mother Angelica was stern and disciplinary in her rebukes of this terribly dangerous trend.

You see? I believe this was the day Mother Angelica's legendary rant would begin the process of giving John Paul II the allied forces he needed to stand against the evil modernist cabal. From that day forward, EWTN would be become extremely popular, and Catholics everywhere began to reclaim the surrendered ground of the sacred, shunning, more and more, the evil designs of the modernist cabal.

What is VERY interesting is that "Mother's Rant" was on August 14, the Feast of St. Maximilian Kolbe.

FRENCH TOAST DAY-SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY 

John, Chapter 12, Verse 25

Whoever LOVES his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will preserve it for eternal life.

 

We are all seeds and a seed that is not buried will not bear fruit. Jesus is mentioning his own self-giving which He joins to that of His disciples. They are called to identical servant roles.[1] This is servant leadership.

The servant leader is servant first…. Becoming a servant-leader begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. That person is sharply different from one who is leader first, perhaps because of the need to assuage an unusual power drive or to acquire material possessions. For such people, it will be a later choice to serve—after leadership is established. The leader-first and the servant-first are two extreme types. Between them are the shadings and blends that are part of the infinite variety of human nature (Greenleaf, 2002, pp. 24-25)

 

Finding your Voice[2]

 

The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness is a book written by Stephen R. Covey, published in 2004. It is an upgrade of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, first published in 1989. As such, it clarifies and reinforces Covey's earlier declaration that "Interdependence is a higher value than independence." The eighth habit is "Find your voice and inspire others to find theirs." Voice is Covey's code for "unique personal significance." Those who inspire others to find theirs are the leaders needed now and for the future, according to Covey. The central idea of the book is the need for steady recovery and application of the whole person paradigm, which holds that persons have four intelligences - physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Denial of any of them reduces persons to things, inviting many problems. The industrial age is assumed to have been a period dependent on such denial. Covey believed the information age and a foreseen "Age of Wisdom" requires "whole" people (in whole jobs). The book talks of "5 Cancerous Behaviors" that inhibit people's greatness:

 

·         Criticism

·         Complaining

·         Comparing

·         Competing

·         Contending

 

People can discover their voice because of the three gifts everyone is born with:

 

·         The freedom to choose

 

·         The natural laws or principles – those that dictate the consequences of behavior. Positive consequences come from fairness, kindness, respect, honesty, integrity, service and contribution

 

·         The four intelligences – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Covey talks about great achievers expressing their voice through the use of their intelligences.

 

Achievers for example

 

1.      develop their mental energy into vision

2.      develop their physical energy into discipline

3.      develop their emotional energy into passion

4.      develop their spiritual energy into conscience – their inward moral sense of what is right and wrong and their drive towards meaning and contribution.

Ferdinand Magellan[3] on this date crossed from the Atlantic to the Pacific via the straits of Magellan.

The late Senator McCain states Ferdinand Magellan was a man who is the best example of the virtue of Aspiration.

He left the service of one king and won the support of another so that he could pursue an ambition as big as the world he discovered. Ferdinand Magellan claimed the most daunting and marvelous prize. By the greatest feat of seamanship in history, he was the first European to go around the unknown world. At court, the young Magellan received an excellent education in the arts and sciences as well as the martial arts. In 1505, he joined the fleet of the first Portuguese governor of India, and over the course of several years’ service became a skilled navigator and a brave and capable soldier of fortune. Soldiers of fortune were constantly searching for a faster route to the prized Spice Islands. Whether Magellan had indeed reached them while he was in service to the Portuguese crown, there is little doubt that like all adventurers of the age, he held them as the richest prize on earth, and surely dreamed of sharing in the wealth and reputation they offered. Magellan believed that a passage between the Atlantic Ocean and that uncharted sea to the west, and through it a western route to the Spice Islands, existed at the unexplored end of the South American continent. He was determined to locate it. On September 10, 1519, five small ships, the San Antonio, the Concepción, the Victoria, the Santiago, and the Trinidad, carrying 265 men, a sizable arsenal of arms and munitions, and a less-than-adequate store of food and water, left the Spanish port of San Lucar de Barrameda for South America. The ships’ captains were Spaniards. The fleet’s ultimate destination was kept secret from the ships’ crews, who believed that they were sailing for South America, and not for the unknown world beyond its shores. It would not have been possible to find a crew willing to embark on such a perilous, if not impossible, journey. Their Portuguese commander, Ferdinand Magellan, sailed aboard the Trinidad, flying the imperial standard of Spain, the flag of Castile. Only one of the ships would ever return.

Stella Maris Chapel, Cape Horn Island

Next to the lighthouse on Cape Horn Island lies a tiny wooden chapel dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. It serves the sacramental needs of the researchers and staff at this station, which lies between South America’s Tierra de Fuego and the Antarctic continent. The first Catholic, let alone human being, to visit the area was Ferdinand Magellan on his round-the-world-trip across the straits that still bear his name. Oddly, the 90 researchers and support staff of the Italian Mario Zucchelli Station at Terra Nova Bay don’t have a permanent chapel, despite lay Italian Catholics offering to build one for free. In fact, a German shipping company offered to transport the prefab chapel to Terra Nova Bay gratis. Despite this, the Italian government is dragging its feet, to the detriment of the devout scientists and staff on the base. The Worldwide Antarctic Program (WAP) is spearheading the construction of a Catholic chapel at the base. So far, the plan is on ice. 

French Toast Day[4]

There’s a blend that just makes our morning fantastic, and it’s a blending of eggs, milk, and cinnamon with bread dipped in. There’s something about the savory sweet smell of it, and the anticipation of having it painted with butter and drizzled with syrup, with a side of breakfast sausage and a tall glass of orange juice that’ll get us out of bed on even the worst of days. French Toast Day is honoring this amazing breakfast delight and encourages you to enjoy it for breakfast with a few friends. The breakfast favorite French toast goes by many names depending on where it’s being served up – eggy bread, German toast, poor knights’ pudding, Bombay toast – but it’s always made of the same key ingredients. Egg, milk – or cream – and bread. This delicious, sweet snack is often served with sugar or syrup and fruit and consists of bread slices fried in a mixture of milk and egg. In France, its name is ‘pain perdu’, which literally means ‘lost bread’, because it would often be made with stale or old bread. Although we tend to call it French Bread, the dish isn’t known to have come from France. Some ancient Latin recipes from the 4th century mention soaking bread in milk before frying, and in fourteenth Century Germany the term ‘poor knights’ pudding’ was coined for the sweet treat because it was seen as an affordable meal for those without too much money to spend. Today, it’s eaten across the world as a breakfast meal or a sweet snack. In Italy, there’s a savory version, called ‘mozzarella en carrozza’, which sees the egg-soaked bread sandwiching slices of mozzarella cheese before it is fried. Its name literally means ‘mozzarella in a carriage’. So you can have eggy bread for your main meal, and your pudding!

How to Celebrate French Toast Day

So how can you celebrate French Toast Day? If you’ve got any stale bread in the kitchen, this is a great way to use it up. The recipe tends to call for bread that’s at least a day old because older slices will be able to soak up the tasty egg and milk mixture without falling apart. Then, once you’ve fried it up, you can slather on as much jam, syrup, fruit or honey as you like. If you’re feeling extra indulgent, why not pop a swirl of cream on top?

Small Business Saturday serves to support and promote small and local businesses.  Small businesses are an important part of the American economy, providing 66% of all new jobs and accounting for 54% of all US sales.

Small Business Saturday was created by the American Express Corporation.  Small Business Saturday was first held on November 27, 2010 with help from American Express' advertising campaigns to support the day. The following year, in 2011, political figures such as President Obama, voiced their support for Small Business Saturday.  Since then, Small Business Saturday has been observed annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Advent and Christmas 

The Advent season in the Northern Hemisphere is normally cold, dark and the days are short. Traditions such as Thanksgiving and Christmas have been established to help dispel the psychological fear that develops as a result of the darkness. However, in the Southern Hemisphere the days are long and warm. 

This is a good time if you have the means to take a winter’s break and go to a warmer climate to give you a chance to create a brighter spirit. However, if this is not possible, we can greatly reduce our fears by getting some sun for 10 or 15 minutes a day. Try to walk at the brightest time of the day, or if you have a sun window to sit in the sun. This would also be a good time to pray.  Through prayer the Holy Spirit strengthens us from the inside and the sun charges us from the outside. 

Also spending some time exercising daily will definitely dispel our fears. We are both physical and spiritual and having a balance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual activities will make us resilient to the darkness in the world. I find hiking a wonderful anecdote to the blues and fears. 

It is also important to reach out to others. We can strengthen ourselves by being with and for others. No matter what your cultural background this season will provide many ethnic opportunities to celebrate together. Think of the giant Redwoods they are the largest trees in the world. These trees survive by intertwining their roots because the ground is so hard the Redwood cannot strike a taproot to hold itself up but by supporting each other they become the largest trees in the world.
