The Battle Upon Us and Our Lady's Triumph!

Summary of the Episode: “The Battle Upon Us and Our Lady’s Triumph!”

(U.S. Grace Force – Michael Hichborn, Lepanto Institute)

1. The Present Crisis Is Not Political—It Is Spiritual

Hichborn emphasizes that the endless debates, political commentary, and “armchair quarterbacking” distract from the deeper reality: we are living through a spiritual battle permitted by God and addressed directly by Heaven through approved apparitions.

2. Heaven Has Already Given Warnings and Remedies

The episode stresses that the Church has legitimate, approved messages from Our Lady—Fatima, Akita, Quito, and others—where Mary outlines:

  • the rise of error, confusion, and corruption,

  • the spread of diabolical disorientation,

  • and the specific remedies: prayer, penance, reparation, fidelity to the sacraments, and consecration.

3. The Battle Is Intensifying

Hichborn describes a convergence of crises:

  • moral collapse,

  • corruption within institutions,

  • attacks on the family,

  • and infiltration of ideologies opposed to the Gospel. He frames these not as random events but as signs of the spiritual confrontation foretold by Our Lady.

4. The Triumph of the Immaculate Heart Is Certain

Despite the severity of the battle, the episode is not pessimistic. It insists that Mary’s Triumph is assured, and that the faithful must align themselves with Heaven’s plan rather than worldly analysis.

5. The Call to Action Is Immediate

The host urges Catholics to:

  • return to sacramental life,

  • pray the Rosary daily,

  • practice penance and reparation,

  • reject compromise with evil,

  • and stand firm in truth even when unpopular.

The message is simple: Heaven has spoken. The time to act is now.

Confronting Evil in Light of Our Lady’s Triumph

1. Evil Is Real and Present (CCC 409)

The Catechism teaches that humanity is engaged in a “dramatic struggle” against the powers of darkness. The episode simply names what the CCC already affirms: the battle is not metaphorical—it is unfolding in history.

2. God Permits Evil to Bring About Greater Good (CCC 412)

The intensification of conflict is not a sign of God’s absence but of His providence. The CCC reminds us that God allows evil only to draw forth a greater victory. This is the theological foundation of Our Lady’s Triumph.

3. Mary’s Role in the Battle (CCC 971, 829)

The Church teaches that Mary continues her maternal mission from Heaven. Her apparitions are not new doctrine—they are urgent reminders of the Gospel’s demands in times of crisis. Her Triumph is not sentimental; it is eschatological, rooted in her role as the Woman of Revelation 12.

4. The Weapons Heaven Gives Are Sacramental

The CCC is explicit:

  • Eucharist (CCC 1324) is the “source and summit.”

  • Confession (CCC 1422) restores the soul to battle-readiness.

  • Rosary and devotion (CCC 971) strengthen the faithful in spiritual warfare. The episode’s remedies align perfectly with the Church’s sacramental theology.

5. Confronting Evil Requires Fortitude (CCC 1808)

The virtue of fortitude is not passive endurance—it is active resistance to evil. The episode’s call to reject compromise, speak truth, and stand firm is simply fortitude applied to modern conditions.

6. The Triumph Is Certain Because Christ Has Already Won (CCC 671–677)

The Catechism teaches that history moves toward the definitive victory of Christ. Mary’s Triumph is the visible flowering of that victory in the world. The faithful are not spectators—they are combatants who cooperate with grace.

Devotional Framing

The battle is upon us, not because evil is strong, but because Heaven is near. Our Lady does not warn to frighten; she warns to awaken. Her Triumph is not a distant hope—it is the sunrise already touching the horizon. The faithful stand between two dawns:

  • the fading light of a world built on pride,

  • and the rising light of the Immaculate Heart.

The Church confronts evil not with worldly weapons, but with confession, Eucharist, Rosary, reparation, and fidelity. These are not small acts; they are the very strategies Heaven has given for this hour.

The battle is real. The Triumph is certain. The time is now.
