Job, Chapter 4, Verse
13-14
13
In my thoughts during visions of
the night, when deep sleep falls on mortals, 14 FEAR
came upon me, and shuddering, that terrified me to the bone.
This is a dramatic presentation of the idea of human nothingness in contrast to God’s greatness. The message of the “private revelation” that stirs Eliphaz so deeply is in reality expressed countless times in the Bible. The statements of the friends are often “truths” that are insensitive or irrelevant to Job’s questioning.
Sleep Terrors[1]
Sleep terrors
are times of screaming or crying, intense fear, and sometimes waving arms and
legs when not fully awake. Also known as night terrors, sleep terrors may lead
to sleepwalking. Like sleepwalking, sleep terrors are a type of parasomnia.
Parasomnias are disturbing or strange behaviors or experiences during sleep. A
sleep terror usually lasts from seconds to a few minutes, but it may last
longer.
Sleep terrors
may happen in children between the ages of 1 and 12 years. They happen much
less often in adults. Although sleep terrors can be frightening to those around
the person with sleep terrors, they aren't usually a cause for concern. Most
children outgrow sleep terrors by their teenage years.
Sleep terrors
may need treatment if they cause problems with getting enough sleep or cause a
safety risk.

PART FOUR: CHRISTIAN PRAYER
SECTION ONE-PRAYER IN THE CHRISTIAN LIFE
CHAPTER ONE-THE REVELATION OF PRAYER - THE
UNIVERSAL CALL TO PRAYER
Article 3-IN THE AGE OF THE CHURCH
I. Blessing and Adoration
2626 Blessing expresses the
basic movement of Christian prayer: it is an encounter between God and man. In
blessing, God's gift and man's acceptance of it are united in dialogue with
each other. the prayer of blessing is man's response to God's gifts: because
God blesses, the human heart can in return bless the One who is the source of
every blessing.
2627 TWO fundamental forms
express this movement: our prayer ascends in the Holy Spirit through Christ to
the Father - we bless him for having blessed us; it implores the grace of
the Holy Spirit that descends through Christ from the Father - he blesses us.
2628 Adoration is the first
attitude of man acknowledging that he is a creature before his Creator. It
exalts the greatness of the Lord who made us and the almighty power of the
Savior who sets us free from evil. Adoration is homage of the spirit to the
"King of Glory," respectful silence in the presence of the
"ever greater" God. Adoration of the thrice-holy and sovereign
God of love blends with humility and gives assurance to our supplications.
Thursday
Feast
Thursday
is the day of the week that our Lord gave himself up for consumption. Thursday
commemorates the last supper. Some theologians believe after Sunday Thursday is
the holiest day of the week. We should then try to make this day special by
making a visit to the blessed sacrament chapel, Mass or even stopping by the
grave of a loved one. Why not plan to count the blessing of the week and thank
our Lord. Plan a special meal. Be at Peace.

According to Mary Agreda[2]
in her visions it was on a Thursday at six o'clock in the evening and at the
approach of night that the Angel Gabriel approached and announced her as Mother
of God and she gave her fiat.
Best Places to Visit in April
San Diego, California[3]
This month is a great time
to visit San Diego as it’s much less crowded, there
is still plenty of sun.
Most people flock to
“Beach City” for family fun on the beaches. Mission Beach is a good swimming
beach, with a boardwalk and rollercoaster, but I recommend checking out the
tidal pools at La Jolla, when the tide is low, and snorkeling at La Jolla Cove,
part of the Underwater Park.
If you’ve had too much
sun, I would suggest heading for Balboa Park, where you would need at least a
week to explore, taking in the 18 diverse museums or some cultural events. The Air and Space Museum is affiliated with the Smithsonian
and has something for kids of all ages.
I would suggest tasting
some Baja cuisine, dancing the night away in one of the nightclubs, or viewing
one of the many shows on offer.

- Having
fun at Belmont Park is filled with exciting rides and adrenaline-pumping
rollercoasters.
- Catching

Instagrammable shots.
- Exploring
the vibrant nightlife scene at Gaslamp Quarter, filled with bars, lounges,
and music venues.
